THE MOUNTAIN RUNNING IN GREECE: 5th place
One of the most interesting shows of “Horizons www.orizontas.org, takes place at Dion in Pieria.
We meet Lazarus Rigos, a champion and “incompatibility” organizer and athlete racing and mountain running adventure in Greece.
Our recounts the onset and progression of racing in the country, talks about the OLYMPUS MARATHON, for adventure races for the cross (like the bicycle path E4), experience in the Himalayas (and riding odoiporontas), the ROUT 100 MILES Rhodope for lesser known games of the past and so many other important elements of the site, known and unknown, such as the building of the famous “cabin” in the mountains of Konitsa while giving evidence of valuable experience on the subject.
With him Christos Katsanis, organizer and athlete racing and mountain running adventure (and special assistant horizon), which gives us important elements of OM, ROUT etc.
